Due to we are still in a pandemic and covid is still luring, we can only allow according to our occupancy in a gathering and do continue to practice safey measures within our rental spaces.
Q&A
What Are The Time Frame I Can Book?
Our hours for each event is til 12am. Each timeslot is based on a 1hr increments. 1hr before and 1hr after til. So if your event/party starts at 7pm -11pm, your setup time will be at 6pm and for your cleanup/breakdown will be til 12am. We will start charging half the rental for each 30mins after your time to leave and stll on the premises.
How Do I request?
You can fill our our get a quote/booking form on the contact us page, a GSE representive will contact you within that 24hr time spand. You are not booked until a deposit/payment has been made/recieved and you are sent a confirmation text, and establish a rental agreement will along with that process. We highly encourage renters to view the pics of each event space before reserving/booking to ensure the space is suitable for your needs.
Are There Any Tables And Chairs Included, And If I Want To Move Them?
Yes. We have limited tables and chairs, 6-48" round tables seat 5-6 geusts, 9-60" rectangular tables seat 8-10 guest, and 3- bar height/pub tables. However, we can provide more tables & chairs upon request for a flat fee of $50 for vendor expenses. You are responsible for your own setup and bringing your own table cloths for tables, unless you have a event planner or chose a standard or party planner package, which we can provide upon request otherwise. You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs, you can not leave them, you can make arrangements to have someone pick them up upon GSE approval.
Can I Decorate?
Yes, accept NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI IS ALLOWED, NOR IN BALLOONS EITHER! you can only use construction or duck tape for walls and if putting on floors. Please notify GSE if will be hanging anthing from ceiling for approval.
How Does CleanUp Process Works?
You are responsible for bringing your own garbage bags for your garbage and making sure your guest/attendees clean up behind themselves and after your event/party is over, which include, sweeping up trash, mopping, wiping down your tables, if needed, taking out your trash/garbage and stacking chairs back up. You can pay a $100 janitoral cleanup fee for the remaining cleanup if you do not want to do it.
What If I need to cancel my event?You may cancel your event within 24hrs of reserving/booking for a 100% refund, anytime afterwards, if you paid in full, a required deposit will be non-refundable for that date we could have reserved/booked for another rental. In case of unexpected closing or occurances and a deposit/payment has been made, you can reschedule your event within 1 year of your original rental date, but the remaining balance must be paid in full before you are given a new date.
